We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Lead Financial Analyst to support our Global Supply Chain Finance Organization. This role will partner closely with various leaders across the Global Supply Chain and Finance organizations, supporting the consolidation and reporting of Global Manufacturing Operations P&Ls and Global Inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 6+ Years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing/med tech
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems (Oracle, Hyperion)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own consolidation and reporting of Global Manufacturing Operations Financial metrics including P&L performance, headcount, and Global Inventory
• Maintain and govern reporting hierarchies to enable accurate, scalable reporting
• Partner with operations and finance leaders to align on assumptions and influence key decisions
• Lead automation and standardization initiatives to improve FP&A processes, controls, and reporting quality
• Assist the Global Supply Chain Finance team with the annual standard revaluation process
• Provide support for annual budget and strategic plan processes
• Execute ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
