About The Position
The Lead Financial Analyst will serve as a primary Finance Business Partner to help support senior leadership across Rapid7. This role involves central Financial Planning & Analysis activities such as financial modeling and forecasting, financial analytics and metrics, systems administration, annual operating plan, project management, and process improvement initiatives. It offers a unique blend of business partnering, financial analytics, and management reporting, providing an opportunity to make a direct impact and grow as the Finance function scales to support Rapid7's business.
