Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Global IM R D Digital Reporting & Analytics, this role will play a key role in driving standardization, automation and enhancements of IM R D dashboards and analytics. This role will work collaboratively across functional areas such as Finance, IT, and Clinical Functions to drive adoption and utilization of financial reporting visualizations. This position will deliver value for the overall IM R D organization by pursuing continuous improvements in data accuracy and digital reporting capabilities to support decision making and enable efficiency in processes, reporting and analytics. A successful candidate will have excellent business partnering skills, intellectual curiosity and display strong digital competencies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields is required
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, or related business is required
  • Proficiency in Tableau, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI and/or Alteryx required
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel is required
  • Deep technical knowledge and excellent communication and leadership skills are required
  • An early adopter of technology, pragmatic as needed but capable of innovative thinking relative to new and emerging technologies and analytics is required
  • The ability to work well in a dynamic environment, work independently and balance tasks with a strong sense of urgency through effective prioritization is required
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and ability to work through ambiguity with a proactive approach is required

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively to design and develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations to enhance reporting capabilities
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Global Development, and other teams to enhance technology, reporting, and analytical capabilities of the organization.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership on reporting solutions
  • Identify technology improvements and lead teams to follow through on implementation of these improvements, including creation and updating to procedures and training.
  • Assist in initiatives to improve data integrity, governance, and operational efficiency
  • Support planning efforts through the coordination and execution of the relevant system procedures.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for reporting solutions
