About The Position

The Lead Financial Analyst at Broadridge plays a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. This position involves high exposure to senior executives and requires collaboration with various teams to drive financial deliverables, including monthly forecasts, strategic plans, and variance analysis. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or Decision Support functions
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and business management skills with a good understanding of P&L management
  • High proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications
  • Understanding of finance data flow and tools
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail is a must

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis and financial deliverables
  • Driving Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, Monthly Results, and Monthly Forecasts
  • Partnering with Business Unit FP&A Leads to review results
  • Conducting variance analysis including commentary and presentation of results
  • Providing financial recommendations and input to senior management
  • Assisting Technology FP&A team with reporting and monthly close process
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance data quality and efficiency
  • Partnering with Sales Finance team and assisting in monthly deliverables
  • Co-leading the rolling forecast process and ICS Strategic Plan
