About The Position
The Lead Financial Analyst (LFAJVM) reports to the Assistant Vice President of Business Development Operations and has an essential role supporting the operational and financial strategy of the joint venture model. The LFAJVM focuses on measuring short term/long term financial and operational goals for the portfolio of JV practices to support the execution of growth and optimization strategies. The LFAJVM supports Business Development department as the analytics project leader and works with the practices in coordination with the Site Finance Officer (SFO) to optimize financial and operational reporting, leveraging the various analytical tools available including MGMA DataDive, Withum Power BI, Tableau, etc. The LFAJVM will also support as a lead in (1) annual budget preparation, (2) monthly and year to date budget variance analysis, (3) financial KPI analytics, and (4) special projects including working capital analysis, compensation analysis and transaction modeling.
