The IT Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems across the organization. In this fast-paced environment, the IT Support Specialist will provide comprehensive support to both local and remote employees, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
