Ecolab is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to join our team in New York, New York a Field Service Technician your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will help shape a more sustainable future. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team that supports water treatment systems across diverse industries. You’ll work hands-on in the field, building trusted relationships with customers and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance. How You’ll Make an Impact: Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery Position Details: Location: New York, NY Territory: The territory for this position covers a 50 mile radius. Primarily Manhattan, maybe some of the outer boroughs.
