About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Field Service Technician to manage and execute the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV (IP-based), intrusion detection, and intercom systems. This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing technical guidance and training to junior technicians. In this role, you will impact the overall performance of our field service team, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through your leadership and technical expertise.
