The Decision Advantage Business Area at Leidos is looking for an experienced Lead Field Service Representative to support a fast-paced program with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. The Lead Field Service Rep will lead the team tasked with on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware systems, ensuring that all equipment meets DoD specifications. This position will also support the development of hardware deployment schedules and consult with the technical team on hardware specifications. The Lead Field Service Rep must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as this position will serve as the primary point of contact for our mission partner during the deployment process. The chosen candidate must be able to be able to work on-site at our Lorton, VA office and also be comfortable with travel as needed to various customer locations.
