About The Position
As a Lead Field Service Engineer at Westinghouse, you will be responsible for all project management processes on medium to high complexity projects, with a specific emphasis on the installation and/or upgrade of industrial control systems. This role requires leading teams, typically averaging over 16 members, which may include project controls. You may serve as a Technical Inputs Lead for project proposals and take on roles such as supervisor, Project Manager, or individual contributor on larger, more complex projects. You will report to the Manager of I&C Field Services and will be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.
