This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as the operational and analytical backbone for the Strategic sales segment, supporting the sales team aligned to the largest and most complex customers and prospects. Your insights will drive critical business decisions that enhance the overall health of the organization. By analyzing essential metrics and leading strategic initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the sales process. You will also drive collaboration across various teams to ensure seamless execution of operational goals while being integral to the company’s mission. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with sales leadership and executives.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a track record of working with large and unstructured data sets and building complex models.
  • Significant experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from planning to execution in environments with competing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented work environment filled with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Report and analyze key Strategic segment metrics to understand sales funnel metrics, revenue growth, pipeline quality, and overall health of the business.
  • Lead key annual planning workstreams for the Strategic segment, including book building, territory design, and geo analyses.
  • Drive Strategic forecasting accuracy, providing the data and analysis leaders need to run effective forecast calls.
  • Lead the design and build of reporting and dashboarding for the Strategic segment.
  • Collaborate with Systems to enhance CRM hygiene and scalability for Strategic account reporting.
  • Analyze whitespace, product penetration, and account potential within Strategic accounts to inform targeting and resourcing.
  • Build and execute operational processes tailored to Strategic motions to increase efficiency.
  • Act as a thought partner to cross-functional leadership, providing structured analyses and clear recommendations.
