About The Position
We are a growing fence company looking for a hands-on Lead Fence Installer to run a two-man crew and help us continue delivering high-quality installations. This is a full-time employed position, not subcontract work.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of fence installation experience
- Proven ability to lead a crew and get jobs done right
- Reliable, dependable, and shows up ready to work every day
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a two-man crew installing all types of fencing (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, pipe, etc.)
- Ensure jobs are installed correctly, efficiently, and professionally
- Load materials, manage the jobsite, and complete installs on schedule
- Communicate with the office as needed regarding job progress or issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
