About The Position

The Workflow Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the implementation of Foundations Program standards and workflows across all Unconventional Business Units. This role will also lead the execution of select workflows that require close coordination with teams located on the Houston Campus. Additional responsibilities include compiling monthly reporting, managing overall program scope through creation and upkeep of a master site list, providing ongoing support to Site Coordinators, and leading the mobilization of new Site Coordinators as the program expands. The position is based in Spring, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
  • Broad knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria within onshore / unconventional surface engineering
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Lean team, ExxonMobil stakeholders and 3rd party contractors to define workflows for creation of all Foundations Program deliverables
  • Maintain workflows, periodically incorporating feedback for continuous optimization
  • Serve as single point of contact to Site Coordinators for workflow training and support
  • Oversee execution of tag alignment workflow, integrating schedule with Site Coordinators and ensuring consistent tag assignment across all systems and deliverables
  • Establish and execute quality checks to ensure all systems are fully populated with output from Foundations Program workflows
  • Partner with ExxonMobil stakeholders and 3rd party contractors to establish standards for all Foundations Program deliverables
  • Secure stakeholder alignment through development and use of Standards Decision Records, documenting endorsement of initial standards and all subsequent changes
  • Maintain standards, periodically incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
  • Serve as single point of contact to Site Coordinators for standards training and support
  • Gather input from Site Coordinators and compile monthly cost, schedule and progress reports
  • Create master facility and deliverable list to serve as the source of truth for program scope
  • Maintain and incorporate updates as sites are identified, divested or decommissioned
  • Serve as primary point of contract for workflow and standards support to Site Coordinators
  • Lead mobilization and training of new Site Coordinators across all Uncon assets as needed to accelerate program activity
