As the Lead Expert, SMB Sales Development, you will mine business sales opportunities from the Small and Medium Business segment (1-299 employees) prospect lists and marketing leads. You will establish relationships and collaborate closely with our Field Sales teams. As a key contributor to T-Mobile's revenue engine, you will be the first point of contact for all prospects. You will quickly respond to inquiries by email and phone, qualify potential customers, and connect them with T-Mobile for Business Account Executives. Additionally, you will conduct peer-to-peer call listening sessions, assist with training new hires, and cover for your leader when they are away from the office.
