About The Position
As our Lead Executive Recruiter, you will lead Guardian’s enterprise-wide executive recruiting practices. You will be joining a dedicated and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition. You will play a meaningful role as a core member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, collaborating, sharing insights and perspectives. You will develop key relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, as well as with Guardian’s senior leadership team and help to identify and attract top executive talent to the organization.
