About The Position
As an Executive Employee Communications Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of UKG's leadership and enhancing employee engagement through compelling, strategic communication. You will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that inform, inspire, and connect our global workforce—with a strong emphasis on executive communications. This includes crafting speeches, scripts, and messaging for C-level executives, as well as managing high-impact internal initiatives and special projects.
