About The Position
Helena Sand & Gravel, a CRH company, is seeking a skilled Lead Excavator Operator to join our team in Helena, MT. This position offers a fun and challenging opportunity to grow with an industry leader. The successful candidate will operate an excavator and various other types of construction equipment, including rollers, loaders, back hoes, track hoes, haul trucks, and water trucks, while working alongside our construction and utility crews. This role is integral to our mission of reinventing the way our world is built, allowing you to see the visible results of your hard work each day while working outdoors. The ideal candidate will have experience operating an excavator and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
