They are seeking an experienced Excavation Install Lead to join their team. In this role, the Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of excavation and underground installation, ensuring the safe operation of excavation equipment by their crew, and making sure installations meet required specifications. The position involves working on a variety of residential projects, troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues while adhering to safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with sewer excavation, strong knowledge of plumbing systems, and the ability to operate machinery and tools safely. Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean, safe driving record
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication and people skills
• Must Obtain licensing within 90 days of hire
• hands-on experience with sewer excavation
• strong knowledge of plumbing systems
• ability to operate machinery and tools safely
