We need a Lead Banquet Set Up Supervisor to create spaces for weddings, meetings, celebrations, concerts, and so much more!

Requirements

• Passion for the Foundation's mission, nature, environmental stewardship, and people.
• Motivated to learn and experience how elaborate and unique events come together in multiple settings.
• Adaptable with the ability to shift gears and handle multiple venues and events at the same time.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful and creative in finding solutions.
• Proven track record of supervising people, with good communication skills and the ability to take feedback well.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Team to create a fun work environment, with teamwork at the forefront of creating amazing guest experiences.
• Oversee tasks delegated to the team, ensuring all details are covered and that venues are set up and torn down seamlessly.
• Maintain processes and procedures within the department, ensuring that team members are following procedures and trained in all aspects of their role.
• Explore multiple venues, both inside and outside, creating and setting the stage for events.
• Set up and tear down events quickly while paying attention to every detail.
• Communicate effectively by reading Banquet Event Orders (BEOS) and checking change sheets to ensure organization and understanding of each event's needs.
