The Lead Estimator oversees all estimating activities and ensures the accurate, consistent, and timely preparation of project bids across multiple product lines. This role provides day-to-day leadership and technical direction to the estimating team while serving as the primary resource for complex, high-value, or strategically important estimates. You would work closely with individual estimators, acting as a coach and mentor to strengthen skills, reinforce company standards, and foster continuous improvement. This position is also responsible for coordinating and delivering training sessions, developing best-practice tools, and ensuring new estimators are properly onboarded. By collaborating with design, operations, and sales, and by applying deep industry knowledge and historical data, this role drives estimating accuracy, team development, and profitability across the organization.
