About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented leader to drive initiatives focused on minimizing policy loss and goodwill expenses while enhancing the client experience. This position demands strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and collaborative leadership. The successful candidate will be adept at auditing data, aligning auction processes involving mechanical certifications, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a related field, or any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience, or 9 years' of experience in a related field.
  • Fluent knowledge in estimating software including but not limited to Audatex, CCCOne, Mitchell and/or RPP(Xtime) including associated procedure pages preferred.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Open-minded and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage time and projects efficiently.
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational best practices.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change diplomatically.
  • The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for auditing policy loss data and identifying training needs by analyzing patterns in failed mechanical certifications and recurrent cosmetic inspection oversights.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to review trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and implement scalable strategies to address policy loss and goodwill trends, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leverage data analytics and fact-based research to guide strategic decisions and measure impact.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce financial and reputational losses through proactive analysis and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize touchpoints and ensure a seamless, positive client journey.
  • Maintain organized workflows and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and drive results.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly across departments, fostering alignment and shared accountability.
  • Navigate complex decisions with tact and professionalism, balancing business needs with client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in All Market Center client account standards.
  • Adheres to all company safety standards and reports any unsafe conditions through appropriate channels.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients and team members.
