About The Position

Elements Massage is excited to grow our esthetics team in Nutley, NJ! Our studio continues to lead the Elements organization in skincare performance, and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team as our Experienced Practicing Licensee (EPL), leading the esthetician team. At Elements Massage, we strive to create a warm, welcoming work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated. In addition to delivering exceptional facials and client education, our Lead Esthetician (EPL) plays a key role in supporting service quality, team development, and studio operations. This role is perfect for an experienced esthetician (3 years required) who loves supporting others, leading by example, and elevating the client experience across the entire studio. Requirements

  • Licensed Esthetician in NJ with 3+ years of hands-on experience
  • Knowledgeable and confident in skincare ingredients and treatment planning
  • Skilled communicator who can educate team members and clients in a clear, friendly manner
  • Professional, client-focused, and comfortable recommending products
  • Able to create a relaxing experience through service delivery, massage and touch techniques
  • Thrives in a fun, supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Schedule of 3 - 5 days per week including 1 weekend and 1 evening required

Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to resource for product knowledge, treatment protocols, and service excellence.
  • Ensure all estheticians follow Elements standards for service delivery.
  • Help onboard and mentor new estheticians.
  • Provide ongoing coaching on upgrades, rebooking, and retail recommendations.
  • Ensure the team follows all state board and studio sanitation and disinfection standards.
  • Help uphold a safe, professional, and consistent environment.
  • Monitor backbar and retail inventory.
  • Help restock and communicate product needs to management.
