Compensation and Benefits Earn $23+ per hr of service Commission Pay Discounts on retail products Discounts on Massage Therapy services Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Matching (Simple IRA) Paid Time Off Facial & Skincare Training Estheticians will earn an hourly base pay along with commissions sold on products. Qualifications and Skills Must have completed an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program Must be knowledgeable with skincare ingredients to understand the benefits and contraindications to best recommend products. Must be comfortable and confident with recommending product sales to clients. Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworker Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus Prior experience in therapeutic skincare of similar spa environments is preferred but not required. Requirements
