About The Position

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Lead for the Epic Custodial team within Park Services. This position is crucial in overseeing the daily operations of a designated area to ensure that all departmental tasks are completed efficiently. The Lead will be responsible for verifying the proper usage of chemicals and supplies while ensuring that safety standards are consistently met. The role also involves maintaining a positive environment for both guests and team members by providing direction and feedback to Park Attendants.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within custodial or park services.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and chemical usage in custodial operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned area/discipline to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Verify proper usage of chemicals and supplies while ensuring safety standards are met.
• Maintain a positive environment for guests and Team Members by providing work direction and feedback.
• Perform all operational duties related to the daily opening and closing of assigned area.
• Complete opening and closing checklists for operational readiness and safety.
• Inspect the work environment to ensure proper inventory at each stock closet and that each location is cleaned and organized.
• Maintain and inspect show quality standards as set by the department.
