The Epic Applications Lead develops, builds, and modifies Epic applications with a primary focus on Epic Provider (SER) and User (EMP) projects. This role plays a key part in identifying and driving process improvement opportunities to enhance system performance, provider and user management, and operational efficiency across the organization. As a core member of the Epic Clinical Business Process team, this individual will collaborate closely with colleagues who manage Epic environments and release activities, Epic Best Practice Program submissions, Epic testing, and Epic Business Continuity and Advancement (BCA) initiatives-including clinical systems optimization, strategy, testing, and continuity planning. The Epic Applications Lead performs highly complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for Epic applications, while leading and monitoring multiple large-scale projects across functional departments. This role ensures high-quality outcomes through effective communication, collaboration, and technical expertise.
