About The Position
This position serves as a lead and performs a variety of housekeeping duties with positive expectations; to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained for residents and employees. The Lead Environmental Services Technician assists with training of new hires and is a resource for the current Environmental Services Technicians when needed.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining floors, hallways, resident areas, dining areas, etc.
- Experience with buffers, strippers, refinishing and vacuuming to include carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning.
- Experience with disposal of trash and hazardous waste.
- Experience with cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and storage.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a hospital or inpatient setting.
