A Day in the Life Presents a positive - can do attitude Documents co-worker(s) performance Serves as a working leader, coordinating activities of co- workers engaged in environmental services. Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity. Assists in the supervision of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities. Orients and trains employees. Operates the bed tracking program and assigns beds for completion Completes room inspections and conducts patient interviews Performs day to day assignments in addition to lead duties. Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of progressively more responsible experience in Environmental Services/Hospitality industry and in production
