About The Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to support environmental monitoring activities in a regulated cleanroom environment. This role involves routine sampling, accurate data entry, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. A strong understanding of aseptic techniques and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique.
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental monitoring of production cleanrooms, including during aseptic processing and media fills, using non-viable particle counters, contact plates, and microbial air samplers.
  • Perform utility sampling (e.g., WFI, purified water, compressed gases) using appropriate monitoring equipment.
  • Read and enumerate microbial plates.
  • Accurately enter data into tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP, and safety regulations.
  • Promptly report unexpected results, deviations, or equipment issues to management.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
