About The Position

We're looking for a Software Architect to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director of Software Engineering. In this role, you'll help shape how we design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that power innovative products and deliver exceptional client experiences. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years industry experience
  • Software development experience. (e.g. Java, Python, C#)
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with infrastructure as code. (e.g. Terraform)
  • Experience with creating or supporting CI/CD pipelines. (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins)
  • Strong architectural understanding and experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and the ability to build high-performing and secure AI applications
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry
  • Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures

Responsibilities

  • Establish architectural principles, patterns, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Create high level system designs and build POCs or early versions of code involving new technologies or patterns.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to outline technical requirements for large scale projects.
  • Work with engineering teams to provide mentorship and technical leadership.
  • Assess new tools, frameworks, and platforms to drive innovation and improve system efficiency.
