Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficient in leading high-performing teams that deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong technical foundation for making appropriate technical decisions.
  • Experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure is a plus.
  • Background in health tech or user-facing product development is desirable.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an engineering team focused on provider acquisition and growth.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build systems for rapid experimentation and scaling.
  • Ensure a seamless provider experience from onboarding to appointment scheduling.
  • Drive alignment on process, prioritization, and product outcomes within your team.
  • Mentor and develop aspiring engineering leaders.
  • Contribute to the company's overall strategy and product roadmap.
