Our Resmed Connect team enables seamless interoperability with provider systems through industry-standard protocols like RESTful, HL7 and FHIR. We focus on cloud-native architecture, modern APIs, and scalable platforms to deliver critical integrations that power connected healthcare. As a Lead Engineer, you’ll step beyond code to influence architectural decisions, guide cross-functional teams, and shape the future of digital integrations across our platform. You'll work closely with global development teams to drive technical excellence, foster innovation, and provide leadership that inspires results. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic direction and mentorship, requiring a strong background in cloud engineering, and team leadership. Your work will directly impact how providers engage with patients and influence clinical outcomes—helping people sleep—and live—better.

  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and integration tools or frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot, plus experience across the full-stack (React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and leading distributed teams, especially with global collaboration and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native development (AWS) including compute, networking, messaging, and serverless architectures.
  • Demonstrated capability in building resilient systems with zero-downtime deployment, performance monitoring, and observability best practices.

Nice To Haves
