About The Position
This role will be responsible for leading a group of 3 quality engineers and 1 supplier quality engineer. The quality leader role is intended to lead a team that ensures the HDM business is upholding all aspects of the quality policy, quality management system (QMS), and ISO9001 certification requirements. This includes working closely with HDM's customers to ensure their needs/issues are addressed, driving the current quality roadmap strategy, and working cross functionally with other departments in the business to drive and support quality expectations.
