The Lead, Engineer- Omni Channel Solutions at Under Armour is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing omni solutions within the Manhattan Active platform. This role emphasizes leading the design and execution of global strategic initiatives, managing integrations, and ensuring seamless consumer experiences across various touchpoints such as inventory, order management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Manhattan Active platform and a strong background in omni solutions implementation.

  • Work closely with business and IT leaders to define, develop, and implement omni solutions within the Manhattan Active platform.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and execution of large global strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in supporting run work involving triaging and leading the resolution of production/staging incidents.
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements, leading the delivery of functional specifications and architecture design.
  • Act as subject matter expert/project lead for large strategic and business unit projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to assist level 1 / 2 support teams as needed.
  • Provide periodic 'on-call' coverage after normal business hours to ensure minimal outage time.
  • Partner and contribute in cross-functional agile squads to implement technology solutions that satisfy business needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for consultants, vendors, and other IT or functional teammates.
  • Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • 5-10 years hands-on experience working on an order management platform, preferably Manhattan Active Omni.
  • Experience implementing and supporting integration platforms with deep knowledge of APIs.
  • 5+ years' experience acting as a team lead or project lead.
  • Experience in Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, SCI reporting is a plus.
  • Experience with Manhattan Integration Framework and SAP IS is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expert ability in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of omni order management functionality.
