The Lead, Engineer, Nuclear Hardening & Survivability provides expertise to deliver electronic and electrical designs for the entire development process, from conceptional design through detail design, prototypes through volume manufacture, and initial integration through qualification of airworthy/certified systems for a wide range of gas turbine engines. This role involves collaboration with a multidiscipline project team on electrical infrastructure, performing engineering analysis, generating detailed electronic designs, creating engineering drawings/documents, and partnering with suppliers. The candidate ensures all electronic products meet program requirements by providing technical mentoring and leadership. Involvement may span all project stages, including initial concept briefs, design and development, prototype testing, and final manufacture and implementation.
