What you’ll do Technical leadership & delivery Own end‑to‑end technical outcomes: architecture, design, implementation, and production support Partner with Product to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps; lead backlog refinement, estimation, and sprint planning. Agentic AI engineering Design agentic AI systems: multi‑agent orchestration, tool‑use, retrieval (RAG), planning, and self‑evaluation loops. Define and implement AI agentic standards and guardrails for safety, compliance, and ethical use, including policy enforcement and observability. Integrate agents with APIs, event streams, and data platforms; measure outcomes against product KPIs Architecture & platform Define and evolve service architectures with strong non‑functional qualities (performance, scalability, security). Collaborate with Architecture on standards, cross‑team integrations, and technology governance. DevOps, SRE, and runtime excellence Implement CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps workflows; champion release engineering best practices. Implement production observability (APM/logging/metrics/tracing), define/publish SLOs & SLAs, and use data to improve reliability and performance.
