Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours. Position Overview The Lead, Enablement and Onboarding position will play a vital role in overseeing the development, support, and training of New Hires and Client Support Advisors/SME’s within the organization. This position requires a strategic leader capable of fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring operational consistency, quality training delivery, and continuous improvement across the greater organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, leadership, enablement, or related roles.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with program management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Enablement and Onboarding team, providing guidance and support to New Hires and Client Support Advisors/SME position.
  • Implement and maintain programs and resources that enhance the capabilities and performance of impacted teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and create tailored solutions to address these needs.
  • Ensure consistency in process, methods and materials to foster uniformity across the organization.
  • Monitor the progress of New Hires and Client Support Advisors/SME’s, providing constructive feedback and assistance to ensure ongoing development and success.
  • Establish touchpoints and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and adjust as needed based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and knowledge-sharing.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives, share updates, and celebrate achievements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the enablement team and other departments to support organizational goals. the essential functions.
