Eaton's Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is currently seeking a Lead Embedded Firmware Engineer tojoin our team in Raleigh, NC. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading global teams to develop embedded firmware for ESStechnology development projects and power conversion products. The lead engineer will also develop portions ofthe firmware. Projects include developing firmware for proof-of-concept technology demonstrators, new products,new features, product enhancements and bug fixes. The Lead engineer will also be responsible for participating in architecting the firmware for new products and analyzing existing platform firmware. The engineer will develop detailed plans and schedules for featuredevelopment, work closely with other firmware engineers and cross-functional team members to implementfeatures, make tradeoff decisions, monitor project activities and assist the global team in resolving issues.
