The Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program is seeking an Lead Electronics Engineer to join the Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) team. Location: This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility at one of the Coolest places to work: Cape Canaveral FL and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time. This is a lead role for an experienced professional working to sustain legacy test consoles that verify mission packages meet all requirements as built. In this role the you will lead a team of engineers, interface with internal organizations, and interface with our customer set, supporting the FBM program for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE). The successful candidate will have sufficient technical learning ramp time to become a Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) within 12-18 months.
