Wedlake Enclosure Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in the electrical integration of high-voltage commercial-grade systems in custom enclosures. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 - 5 years of electrical installation experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and blueprint interpretation.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics with precision.
Bend and install conduit effectively and safely.
Apply knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) including wire sizing, conduit runs, and electrical loads.
Pull wire and wire circuits, including 4-way switch configurations.
Work with 208V and 480V electrical panels.
Integrate transformers and connect 3-phase motors.
Perform continuity testing and other quality control tests on electrical systems.
Accurately use a tape measure for fabrication and layout tasks (testing required).
Follow written and verbal work instructions with attention to detail.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Demonstrate flexibility to support other departments or tasks as needed.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of electrical installation experience in a related manufacturing, industrial, or construction setting.
Trade school training in electrical systems preferred but not required.
Proven ability to work independently and lead by example in a team setting.
Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety procedures, and troubleshooting practices.
