About The Position

We're looking for a Lead Electrical Service Tech who knows the trade, leads from the front, and keeps jobs moving the right way. This role is hands-on in the field and a go-to resource for other techs when help is needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sign and/or electrical experience
• Strong, real-world electrical troubleshooting skills
• Advanced knowledge of lighting repair and replacement
• Deep knowledge of signs and lighting systems
• Reliable, dependable, and shows up ready to work
• Strong work ethic and takes pride in doing the job right
• OSHA 10 certified (minimum)
• Able to provide your own electrical tools
• Physically able to access tight spaces, climb, and work in the field

Nice To Haves

• CDL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow technicians by phone with direction and troubleshooting support
• Step in to help schedule technicians when needed (including when office staff is unavailable)
• Retain job history and site knowledge (past issues, power source locations, layouts, etc.)
• Accurate and consistent with field work
• Complete paperwork and notes with few to zero mistakes
• Lead other technicians by example - work ethic, safety, and quality
• Willing to train, support, and help grow the team
