Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer/Design Supervisor. This role is based out of our Greenwood, SC location. Supervise front-end designers, maintain production schedules to meet shop load requirements, and implement all division drafting standards. As required, review and approve necessary mechanical & electrical drawings including, but not limited to, schematic and wiring diagrams for complex assemblies from customer specifications and information; perform a wide variety of activities requiring the application of more complex related technical knowledge. Coordinate with Application Engineers, Proposal Engineers, and Direct Sales Engineers to prepare the drawing packages for customer approval or manufacturing; provide support and lead on the customer projects, assisting drafting, manufacturing and procurement with engineering documentation and guidance. Travel to customer sites as required and meet with customers during plant visits to ensure product meets customer, engineering, and application specifications.
