The Lead EDC Programmer will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and integration of clinical databases using Rave and Veeva EDC. This role involves working closely with Clinical Research Scientists, Statistical Analysts, and CRO representatives to ensure that clinical databases are built and supported effectively, starting from protocol interpretation activities. The position also requires oversight of outsourced studies and ensuring adherence to quality standards mandated for validated applications throughout the project lifecycle. The Lead EDC Programmer will conduct weekly meetings to discuss new engagements, challenges, and training plans, providing leadership and support to other department members as a subject matter expert in Rave and Veeva.
