About The Position
The Learning Experience – Brooklyn Bushwick is seeking an experienced Lead Early Preschool Teacher to guide children transitioning from toddler routines into preschool readiness.
Requirements
- 12 ECE credits, CDA, AA/BA in ECE, or HS diploma with 5 years experience required
- Experience with children ages 2–3 preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a 2½–3 classroom with structured routines and clear expectations
- Support toileting independence and early classroom transitions
- Implement early pre-preschool lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Encourage language growth and peer interaction
- Maintain classroom organization and documentation
- Communicate regularly with families
