About The Position

Hiring Immediately! Lead Duct Technicians are responsible for cleaning HVAC systems including dryer vents in residential and commercial buildings. With on-site training Duct Cleaning Technicians will be skilled in the technical cleaning aspects of the process, and will be able to effectively communicate the cleaning process, as well as be able to promote other services offered by Four Seasons for additional earning potential. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Cleans and sanitizes Air Ducts & Dryer Vents in the customers home Evaluates Work Area's Air Quality and sells appropriate products (furnace filters, etc) for the overall improvement of Indoor Air Quality Ensures the safe driving of Company vehicles to the next scheduled appointment Surveys and discusses in detail with the customer any services to be completed Safely remove and clean vent registers and reattach after cleaning Returns all equipment to the truck and secures it for trip to next assigned appointment Assists the Manager in formal training and development of new duct cleaners. “Other duties as required” REQUIRED SKILLS: Good Driving Record/Drivers License (Required) Sales Experience (Preferred) Previous Experience with Anti-Microbial Fogging System (Preferred) Experience Install UV Lights (Preferred) Must remain informed of current industry knowledge Must have general knowledge of residential air duct structures and how they relate with heating/AC systems Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with fellow associates Must possess good verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to use power tools and climb ladders Ability to work in tight spaces including crawl spaces and attics Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience High Paying Commission Structure Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) 401K retirement plan with a 3% match Free life insurance Free dental insurance Free short term disability Paid holidays, vacation and other benefits Continued education and training opportunities are available Company supplied uniforms Hours for the whole year Authorized time off Reasonable Accommodation: Four Seasons is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer. Requirements
