About The Position

We're seeking an experienced and customer-centric Lead Driver Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Driver Ambassador, you will not only fulfill the role of a Driver Ambassador but also play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, promoting a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to a culture of excellence among our team of Driver Ambassadors.

Requirements

• 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license are required.
• A passion for growth, leadership, customer service and working with the public.
• The ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to train and develop others, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
• Weekend Availability

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team of driver ambassadors, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for both drivers and passengers.
• Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
• Assisting driver ambassadors with any operational challenges or road hazards they may encounter.
• Conducting regular training sessions for new and existing drivers, covering company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and customer service protocols.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient storage system for driver uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
