About The Position

We're seeking an experienced and customer-centric Lead Driver Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Driver Ambassador, you will not only fulfill the role of a Driver Ambassador but also play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, promoting a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to a culture of excellence among our team of Driver Ambassadors.

Requirements

3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license are required.
A passion for growth, leadership, customer service and working with the public.
The ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to train and develop others, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
Afternoon, night and weekend Availability

Responsibilities

Overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team of driver ambassadors, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for both drivers and passengers.
Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.
Assisting driver ambassadors with any operational challenges or road hazards they may encounter.
Conducting regular training sessions for new and existing drivers, covering company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and customer service protocols.
Maintaining an organized and efficient storage system for driver uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
