About The Position

Kogta Financial Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead .NET Core Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications using Microsoft's .NET Core framework. Your expertise in SQL and strong working knowledge of various technologies including OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services like Lambda and Event Bridge will be essential to the success of our projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead .NET Core Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services such as Lambda and Event Bridge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Certification in AWS or relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying .NET Core applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems based on business requirements.
• Implement best practices for code architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
• Hands-on development using .NET Core to build robust and scalable applications.
• Expertise in SQL for designing and optimizing database schemas and queries.
• Work with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and other data storage technologies as needed.
• Utilize AWS services, including Lambda and Event Bridge, to develop serverless applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging AWS services, such as Lambda and Event Bridge, to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest AWS features and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the team as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement solutions to improve overall system functionality.
