This includes local ownership, hiring only the top local groomers in the area, and using only the most modern salons in our vans. The Aussie Pet Mobile grooming service assures a complete and comfortable experience for each pet. Our eco friendly vans and consider the safety of our pets and groomers to be our top priority. Requirements
- No degree is required; looking for a lead groomer with deep experience.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude; as a lead, the other groomers will look up to you
- A team player with great customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record is a must.
- Clean background check required
Responsibilities
- Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
- Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom.
- Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.
- Contribute to the work environment by advising the business on who to hire as your colleagues, and how to be the best company we can be
