THE JOB As a Lead Emergency Veterinarian at VEG, beyond helping people and their pets, you’ll take ownership of supporting your team and ensuring that your hospital is a model of clinical excellence. Working alongside your hospital’s medical director, you’ll champion VEG’s medical processes and initiatives, developing your fellow doctors and coaching them to thrive. You’re well-versed in the VEG Spikes, our unique, customer-centered way of doing things—like ensuring people see a doctor right away and allowing families to stay with their pets—and you lead by example, ensuring your team practices the VEG way with every case. In this role, you’ll find ways to say yes to providing the guidance, resources, and encouragement your team needs to grow confidently in their careers.
