About The Position

Responsible for oversight and performing a variety of manual and automated operations to expected productivity standards in support of the functions within the order fulfillment area. Consistently uses standard operation procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment processing while maintaining a safe, healthy and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent GED.
• Must have a valid Indiana State driver's license.
• Must completely understand the daily functions and how they relate to each other.
• Must have the ability to recognize the daily workload and delegate staff to meet those demands.
• Demonstrates ability to use and train others in the use of an RF handheld computer device.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and twist frequently.
• Demonstrates ability to operate fork trucks, lift trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must master, and be able to train others in the day to day computer systems used by area.

Nice To Haves

• Shipping, receiving and inventory experience preferred.
• WMS or inventory systems experience preferred
